Using Therapeutic Skincare Products
Avoid contact with eyes when using therapeutic skincare products. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional immediately. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to related medical issues. We strongly recommend performing a patch test or consulting your doctor before using our products.
Please note that if your skin is extremely dry or your skin barrier is compromised, it is not uncommon to experience stinging, tingling, or burning sensations after using the product. (Stinging, tingling, or burning sensations may also be normal after using products containing certain ingredients such as retinol, glycolic acid, etc. However, our products do not contain these ingredients.) This sensation is temporary and should not last more than a few minutes, and it does not necessarily mean you are experiencing an allergic reaction.
However, please use your best judgment and consult your dermatologist if you have any concerns.
Patch Test
